Dani, host of Craft Culture, will be visiting our shop on Tues., July 20th from 3-8 pm to do interviews and meet our knitters & knitting groups. The Handknit Heroes KAL group will meet from 5-6 and the Knitting Guild meets from 6-8.
Craft Culture is a podcast which looks at crafts from a sociological stand point. The tour started in Anchorage, AK, where she is from and she is currently visiting 5 cities in the Eastern US to study knitting groups, clubs, and individual knitters as well. She is collecting research for a book that she is writing. Anyone is welcome to stop by and meet her, group members or not, she wants to meet and talk to anyone and everyone!
